To attract her ideal clients, we needed to portray their desire visually. So the website needed to show her visitors what their dream-vacation home could look AND feel like. Pump them up and guide them to imagining if working with Janet would help them get there. So, I went for warm earthy colors like beige and browns that would instantly make you want to kick off your shoes and relax. And to really drive home that connection with nature, I integrated subtle shadow images of leaves throughout the site, that would shake-shake every once in a while, as if a cool breeze just went by. Along with glowy sun-kissed background lighting, it's almost like taking a stroll through a sun-dappled forest - minus the bug spray. Oh, and I bet you couldn’t tell that I snuck in some subtle terracotta texture in the whole background for that extra touch of cohesive design magic. It’s hardly obvious, but it’s there for that little touch that makes a difference overall.

The result is a website that's as appealing as a beachfront haweewee. Visitors are greeted with a visual boho-feast that perfectly conveys Janet’s architectural specialty in creating idyllic vacation-like homes. The simple, direct, easy-on-the-eyes layout, is a perfect journey for both curious and eager clients, and helps make a lasting impact on Janet’s business, and help take her client engagement to new heights. It's like a piña colada for success! Who wouldn’t be tempted to work with her and get a home that’s too tempting not to have.
